DLF announces resignation of Vivek Anand as Group CFO

Realty major DLF Limited announced the resignation of Vivek Anand as Group Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from February 29, 2024.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that after a stint of over 4 years, Mr. Vivek Anand, Group Chief Financial Officer, has decided to move on from the Company, to pursue other career avenues.”

Ashok Kumar Tyagi, MD, DLF Limited, who has the overall responsibility for all Corporate functions, including Finance, will now have oversight of the Group Finance, IT, and Secretarial functions in addition to his current responsibilities as Managing Director. Tyagi has had a long stint as the Group CFO and continued to review the function in his role as CEO and Whole-time Director. He brings significant expertise and continuity to this responsibility, according to the statement.
