EnKash, a spend management platform, announced that it has augmented its leadership by onboarding three senior executives across key functions. The new appointments are Nikhil Arora in Marketing, Ameet Rege for EnKash Card Program and Shashi Jha for Legal & Compliance.
Ameet Rege, a highly sought-after business leader with over 25 years of extensive experience in setting up and scaling businesses, joins as Business Lead for EnKash Card Program which is getting run in partnership with banks. He brings extensive acumen in B2B and Consultative Sales to the organisation. Prior to joining EnKash, he worked across diverse industries such as F&B, Modern Retail, Internet, and Fintech with prominent brands such as Swych, Amazon, Bain & Company, to name a few. Ameet brings a strong understanding and exposure in employee engagement and rewards, channel incentives, loyalty programs, and B2B spend use cases, having built payment products across segments, designed and implemented sustainable processes to secure business growth, and nurtured large teams across the country.
In his new role, he will be leading EnKash’s efforts to expand the brand’s distribution footprint to newer geographies along with new product solutions to serve the ever-changing dynamic B2B and corporate space. Ameet has also been rewarded with the title of being one of the 50 most influential payments professionals in India, the statement said.
Shashi Jha who joins as Head of Legal and Compliance, will be bolstering EnKash’s regulatory, compliance, legal, policy and governance frameworks. Being a leader in the corporate spend management space, EnKash has always been compliance first & Shashi is going to further extend its voice to support ecosystem related matters. He brings his wealth of experience and insights and firm grasp of policy towards navigating complex legal matters, creating compliance structures, embedding risk management practices, and improving corporate governance in banking and financial services. He has over 18 years of strong experience and has held senior positions with firms like ANZ, Travelex, Staava Capital, and WazirX.
