Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited announced the appointment of Ramanathan N as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from July 1, 2022.
According to the bank’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Bank at their meeting held today i.e June 30, 2022 has, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the appointment of Mr. Ramanathan N (Membership Number. A28366) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank w.e.f July1, 2022.”
Ramanathan N is a member of ‘The Institute of Company secretaries of India’ with membership number A28366, a Law & Management graduate and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
He has joined from a Scheduled commercial Bank. Prior to which, he held the position of Company Secretary / Legal Executive organisations. Before commencing his career in banking sector, he had also practiced as an Advocate. He has a combined experience of about 27 years in Legal and Secretarial functions.
