According to the company’s exchange filing, “we are delighted to inform that on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Nisha Barnwal, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 23rd September 2021.”

Nisha Barnwal is Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has done her Bachelors degree from Mumbai University. Before joining a Company she was associated with M/s Lloyds Steels Industries Limited for a period of 2 years.
