Eveready Industries India Limited has appointed Suvamoy Saha as Joint Managing Director of the company, effective from August 10, 2021.
“The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on August 10, 2021 has appointed Mr. Suvamoy Saha (DIN: 00112375), Non-Executive Director of the Company, as a Joint Managing Director with effect from August 10, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company,” the company said in its exchange filing.
Saha has over 36 years of experience in corporate management in diverse fields – both in India and abroad. He has held senior positions in finance, information technology, quality and general management. He was the Whole time Director of Eveready Industries India Ltd. from March 2005 to July 2019 and was responsible for the operational management of the Company. Suvamoy Saha has the qualifications of B.Com (Hons.) and FCA.
