Fairmont Jaipur has appointed Jaiveer Singh Rathore as Associate Director – Talent & Culture. In this role he will head the Human Resources, Learning and Development along with palace property’s other functions.
In the career span of more than 15 years, Rathore has been with Accor India for the previous eight years, including his most recent work with the ibis New Delhi Aerocity where he was the Talent & Culture Manager.
Speaking on the appointment, General Manager, Fairmont Jaipur – Rajiv Kapoor said, “We are proud to have Jaiveer join our award-winning Fairmont Jaipur family, especially in these uncertain times. I am confident that with Jaiveer’s experience we will be able to encourage the team and pave our way towards great new achievements, all with the Accor values and principles in mind.”
