Firstsource Solutions Limited announced the appointment of Aftab Javed as Chief Human Resources Officer, with effect from August 2, 2023.
Aftab Javed had previously worked in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he held several leadership positions across Talent Management, HR Strategy and Organizational Development. An alumni of XISS, Ranchi, he has been driving employee engagement and implementing innovative HR initiatives for over 25 years with prior stints in Citi BPO and Tata Motors Ltd.
Aftab Javed expertise spans across many geographies, industries, and services including BPO, retail, banking, manufacturing, and IT Services, a statement said.
