Gillette India Limited appointed Flavia Machado as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 01, 2021. She succeeds Ghanashyam Hegde, who resigned from the role, effective August 31, 2021.
According to the Company’s exchange filing, “The Board of directors at their meeting held today have appointed Ms. Flavia Machado as the Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 effective September 1, 2021.”
Machado has a work experience of over 9 years in the field of Corporate & Securities Laws. Presently, she is Company Secretary of P&G group company, viz., Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited upto August 31, 2021.
Flavia Machado is a Commerce and a Law graduate, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
