Former Huawei Director – Human Resources, Preeti Jain, has joined AI-driven online automobile marketplace Droom as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Jain comes with more than 19 years of experience across all gamuts of HR functions, including HR Strategy Making, Business Partnering, Organisational Development, Change Management, Global Entity Set-ups, Talent Acquisition, among others.
As Director – Human Resources at Huawei Telecommunications (India), Jain headed the human resources for the Consumer Business Group for 11 years.
She had also served the role of Manager – Human Resources at Conexant and was heading the HR function of Conexant Hyderabad and was a part of the team taking care of the strategic HR across all the four sites of Conexant.
Jain had also worked with HFCL as Manager – HR and was responsible for the HR function for the R&D covering Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Exits etc.
She completed her MBA from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and her Bachelor of Science degree from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
