Future Enterprises Limited (FEL) announced that Bhagchand Baser has resigned from the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from August 5, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “this is to inform you that, Mr. Bhagchand Baser – Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned with effect from the closure of working hours of 5th August, 2022. Consequent to the same, he shall also cease to be a ‘Key Managerial Personnel’ (KMP) and member of Risk Management Committee of the Company.”
Bhagchand Baser has completed his graduation in Commerce stream and thereafter have also obtained Associate Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) upon completion of Chartered Accountancy in Year 1996. He is having more than 23 years of experience in diverse fields of Finance, Commercial, Retail, Manufacturing Operations, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Administrative Services and at present working with the Company in the role of Dy. General Manager – Corporate Accounts & Tax. He has been working with the Future Group in this second stint since 2007.
