According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Pavan Tsunduru is appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company w.e.f January 16, 2024.”
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Tsunduru has held senior technology positions at major Indian corporations, including Reliance, where he was head of group IT strategy, Adani, – CIO Adani ports and GMR group – MD of group company GeoKno India Private Ltd. He has displayed unique expertise in deploying high impact technology solutions for large-scale nationwide infrastructure projects in his illustrious career, according to the statement.
