HAL appoints Shailesh Bansal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited announced the appointment of Shailesh Bansal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company, with effect from March 28, 2023.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform that Shri Shailesh Bansal, Joint Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (FCS 5064), the undersigned, is appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 28th March, 2023.”

Shailesh Bansal, aged 47 years, is an alumni of Rashtriya Military School, Dholpur. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ((FCS 5064) as well as an Associate Member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India.

He is also a qualified Chartered Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators, U.K. He is presently holding a position of Joint Company Secretary in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited since 2014 and appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. p t November, 2022.

He has a vast experience in both Public Sector and Private Sector in managing overall Corporate Affairs of the Companies, a statement said.

During his career of over 22 years, apart from managing day to day affair related to Corporate Law & Secretarial Matters, RBI, FEMA, Audit, Costing, MIS & Budgeting Matters, he has successfully managed some of the important assignments like handled IPO worth around 4100 Crore, OFS around 7000 Crore, sale/transfer/acquisition/takeover/de-merger of undertakings, formation of Joint Ventures with foreign entities, dealt with Corporate Laws/Code/Regulations related to U.K., Mauritius, Hong Kong and Netherlands, etc.
