Tech-enabled happiness solutions provider HappyPlus Consulting has announced the appointment of Vineet Singh as Head of Strategy and International Operations.
Vineet, a senior technology professional with nearly 23 years of all-round expertise and proven track record in leading IT functions, consulting services teams and start-ups, will be responsible for strategic alliances and international business of HappyPlus Consulting.
Prior to joining HappyPlus, Vineet was the Head of Client Engagement for Trans Neuron Technology, a Bangalore based EdTech startup. Vineet has also worked as a CTO with Adroit Software Inc., a Boston, US based consultancy firm, prior to joining Trans Neuron Technology.
During his stint with Adroit Software, he was also an advisor for a couple of NCR based start-ups like RideJi and HAL Robotics. He also created a start-up called Voice Storm Communications Inc. to semi-automatically voice enable the internet applications.
Having leadership experience in Operationalizing Strategic Initiatives, Service Delivery, Business Development (BD) and Intellectual Property (IP) Creation, Vineet has also served at Boston Analytics as a Vice President, Digital Transformation based out of Gurgaon. He was briefly the CIO for Integreon before joining Boston Analytics.
An MBA from Cardiff Business School, UK in 1995-96 & MS (Computer Information Systems) from Bentley University, US in 1997-98, Vineet started his career in 1997 in the US. There he worked with Digital Equipment Corporation and continued working with Compaq and HP after their acquisition.
In 2005, Vineet returned to India and joined HeadStrong (now Genpact) as their Head Of BI. Post that, he joined IBM GBS and led BI/DW and PMO for Airtel. He joined EXL as a VP, Global Business Applications before moving to Integreon as their CIO.
