Harmit Singh Malhotra has quit Republic World Network as GM-IT & IS. He will join Enterr10 Television as Chief Technology Officer and will be based out of Mumbai. Malhotra will report to Manish Singhal, MD of Enterr10 Television, according to ET report.
Founded in 2004 by Manish Singhal, Enterr10 Television Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian media and entertainment company. The Company has four channels serving Indian content across India. The flagship channel also named as Enterr10, was launched in 2006. Subsequently, it launched three new channels : Dangal – a general entertainment channel, Bhojpuri Cinema – a 24 hours Bhojpuri movie channel, and Fakt Marathi – a 24 hours Marathi movie channel.
In his new role as a CTO, Malhotra will be responsible for Tech and Broadcast Operations.
“I will be responsible for the consolidation of the channels at one single teleport and also streamline the broadcast operations process by implementing MAM and managing Programme and digital syndication technical requirement”, Malhotra said.
Malhotra has more than 20 years of experience in the media industry with leadership roles in various TV broadcasters including Star TV Network and Network-18.
