Hero MotoCorp has appointed Dr Pradyumna Pandey as its Manufacturing HR Head, according to ETHRWorld report.

Pandey comes with over 32 years of HR experience spanning across Food & Beverages, Pharmaceutical and Automobile sectors.
Prior to joining Hero MotoCorp, Pandey was working as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable.
Pandey has also served as Vice President – Human Resources at Torrent Pharmaceuticals; Director – HR & Talent Solutions at CBLPro; Vice President and Head – HR at JK Tyre & Industries; Associate Vice President and Head – HR at Mawana Sugars and Head – Regional HR at Holcim.
He started his career in October 1991 as Manager – HR at ACC, where he worked at plant & corporate for more than 13 years.
Pandey has done PhD in Management from Noida International University. He also holds a Master’s in Social Work from Udaipur School of Social Work and LLB from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
