Hexaware appoints Vishwanath Joshi as Chief People Officer

Hexaware Technologies Ltd, provider of IT, BPO and consulting services has announced the appointment of Vishwanath Joshi as its new Chief People Officer. Joshi to replace Amberin Memon who retired after serving 25 years in the company.

Joshi joins Hexaware from Great Place to Work, India where he was the Practice Head, involved in driving culture building programs with medium to large organizations across varied sectors.

Joshi is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from Pune University and a Doctorate in HRD and Organizational Development from Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad. With 20 years of professional experience across Corporate, Academic, Research and Consulting areas, he has experience in areas around Strategic HR, Organizational Development and Leadership.
