Steel pipes maker Hi-Tech Pipes Limited announced the appointment of Anish Bansal as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from March 3, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “In reference of our previous announcement dated November 14, 2022, the Board of Director has approved the appointment of Mr. Anish Bansal, Whole Time Director of the Company also as Chief Financial Officer (CFO-KMP).”
Anish Bansal, aged 38 Years, is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of Hi-Tech Pipes Limited. He has earned B.Sc Economics in Banking and Finance from Cardiff University U.K in 2005 and having rich experience of more than 16 years in corporate finance, strategies, marketing, product development, implementation of projects, international trade and finance and other corporate matters.
He started his career with Hi-Tech Pipes Limited as Marketing Executive and thereafter since May 20, 2015 he has been working as Whole Time Director of the Company. His area of expertise includes corporate finance, strategy, marketing, product development, project implementation, international trade and finance along with other corporate matters. In his capacity of Whole Time Director, He supervises the Finance function of the Company along with other strategic departments. He works in close coordination with the management team to handle the Company’s expansion plans and financial portfolio, the statement said.
