Hindustan Zinc Limited has named Sandeep Modi as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from April 21, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform that the Board on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit & Risk Management Committee, had approved appointment of Mr. Sandeep Modi currently Interim CFO, as Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. April 21, 2023.”
Sandeep Modi is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a varied experience of over 18 years in finance, accounting, corporate banking, taxation, MAS, etc.
