Home Credit India has announced that Harshita Khanna has been promoted to the role of Chief People Officer.

Being raised from within the organisation, Khanna brings an excellent understanding of our business, and her diverse industry experience will further drive our growth strategy.”
Harshita joined Home Credit India in November 2015 as Head of Total Rewards. She leads the people strategy comprising of internal communication, talent acquisition and management, employee lifecycle management, HR digitalization, and performance management and development.
As Chief People Officer, Harshita brings with her over 13 years of comprehensive experience in reward strategy, performance management, as well as merger and acquisition, organization design and development. She holds a Hons. degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Operational Research from University of Delhi.
