Shamit Bhartia, a Non-Executive Director of HT Media has tendered resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from December 30, 2019. Shamit Bhartia currently holds the position of Managing Director of Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd. He also holds Board Memberships of other companies.
Shamit Bhartia holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. Shamit has a long association with HT Media in which he had been an Executive Director from 2013-15, and then as Joint Managing Director from 2015-17.
