Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) announced the appointment of Ramakrishnan Narayanswamy as an Additional Director on the company’s Board, with effect from March 30, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “This is to inform that Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Shri Ramakrishnan Narayanswamy as an Additional Director w.e.f. March 30, 2023.”
Ramakrishnan Narayanswamy, nominee of BPCL is Executive Director (Finance), Mumbai Refinery of BPCL. Ramakrishnan is a Chartered Accountant. He has held several leadership positions in Finance in various functions/verticals of BPCL including Corporate Treasury, Corporate Taxation, Central Procurement Organisation (Marketing), Lubricant Business, International Trade, Business Process Excellency Centre and Refinery in his 34 years of career.
In his illustrious career of over three decades, he has been actively involved in various activities and initiatives including those relating to Raising of Funds, Working Capital Management, Hedging, Risk Management, Crude Procurement, Tax Management, Value Maximisation, Corporate Governance, Cost Optimisation and Financial Controls, the statement said.
