Indosolar Limited, a manufacturer for photovoltaic cells, announced the appointment of Hitesh Pranjivan Mehta as Additional Non-Executive Director on the company’s Board, with effect from June 16, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors at its meeting held 16th June, 2022 has appointed Mr. Hitesh Pranjivan Mehta as an Additional non Executive Director w.e.f. June 16, 2022 till forth coming general meeting and then after subject to approval of shareholders through General Meeting for his regularization as a Director.”
Hitesh Pranjivan Mehta is the Whole-time Director and CFO of Waaree Energies Limited (Waatee). He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and has been admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as a member. He has been associated with Waaree since April 1, 2011 as the director in Waaree Group. He has over 22 years of experience in the field of engineering, solar and oil industries and was previously associated with Waaree Instmments Limited as director.
