Mobile advertising and AI commerce firm InMobi has brought on board Gaurav Jain as the Head of Ad Revenue for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Jain’s appointment comes as the company aims to sharpen its commercial strategy and unify its revenue streams across platforms such as InMobi Exchange, InMobi DSP, and Glance AI.

Jain brings more than 20 years of experience across some of the biggest names in tech, including leadership stints at Google, Meta, Snap, and most recently ShareChat, where he played a key role in building India’s short-form video monetization ecosystem. His career began in engineering at NVIDIA, giving him a strong product-oriented foundation.

“InMobi’s bold vision to reimagine advertising through AI and immersive consumer experiences truly resonates with me,” said Jain. “The opportunity to lead growth in a diverse and high-potential region like APAC is incredibly exciting.”

The appointment is seen as a move to integrate the company’s advertising revenue operations across multiple properties, including its demand-side platform (DSP), supply-side platform (SSP), and Glance, a content and AI-commerce platform with a large footprint across India and Southeast Asia.

Kunal Nagpal, Chief Business Officer at InMobi Advertising and Glance, commented, “Gaurav’s deep experience at some of the world’s leading tech companies, where he successfully led large-scale transformations, makes him an ideal leader to drive our integrated go-to-market strategy in the region.”

InMobi has been investing heavily in AI-powered consumer experiences, especially through Glance AI, which blends shopping, entertainment, and content into a personalized interface for smartphone users.
