InsuranceDekho, a Gurugram-based insurtech firm, announced the appointment of Divya Mohan as its Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
Divya comes with over 16 years of experience across large and diversified conglomerates as well as new-age startups, according to a statement.
Prior to joining InsuranceDekho, Divya was working as Senior Director – People Experience at Innovaccer Analytics, a US-based health tech firm. Divya has also served at Mahindra & Mahindra, Jubilant FoodWorks, VLCC Healthcare, Volvo-Eicher Commercial Vehicles and OYO.
In her new role, Divya will spearhead human resources at InsuranceDekho, and build the people function to effectively support the overall business plan and growth of the company, as per the statement.
