Interface Microsystems appoints Deepti Mehta as CHRO

Interface Microsystems has appointed Deepti Mehta as its Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.

In her new role, Mehta will be responsible for building a talent pipeline, competency building, and creating a high-performance culture. Mehta will be based in Gurugram, and will report to Amit Gupta, Director, Interface Microsystems.

She comes with over 20 years of experience in IT, Telecom, Consumer Durable sectors, a statement said.

Prior to joining Interface Microsystems, Mehta was associated with RR Kabel as Head – HR, Home Electrical Business. Before that, she worked with Luminous Power Technologies as Assistant Vice President – HR. She has also worked with S Tel, Bharti Airtel and HCL Technologies.

Mehta holds an MBA in Human Resources from Shivaji University. She has also done a General Management programme from IIM Lucknow.

Interface specializes in localised design, development and manufacturing of automotive electronics products ranging from Body, Safety, Connectivity, Comfort and LED lighting domain.
