Microsoft has named Jasmin Pillay as Director – HR Consulting for the Middle East and Africa regions.
“This is an integrated portfolio focussed on a consistent manager and employee experience through global scale and impact, empowering employees and managers, building manager capability, enabling predictive solutions through data drives insights and driving HR excellence to support our overall people priorities and business strategy,” Jasmin Pillay, Director – HR Consulting, Middle East and Africa, Microsoft, told ETHRWorld.
On her expectations with the new role, Pillay said, “This role will provide the opportunity to maximise impact to our teams and organisation at scale and enable partnering with our teams to drive innovation in support of our customers and certainly present learning and opportunities for me as well.”
Pillay joined Microsoft South Africa as HR Director in 2018. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was associated with Petronas as Global HR Functional Lead. In her previous stints, Pillay worked with Aspen Pharmacare, AfriZulu, and PwC.
Pillay is currently pursuing her MBA from Henley Business School.
