Jitesh Bawa has been elevated as CHRO of Tata AIG General Insurance. Most recently, Bawa was working as the Senior Vice President – Human Resources.
Bawa carries more than 25 years of experience in managing human resources functions. Prior to Tata AIG, Bawa had a stint with companies like Edelweiss General Insurance, IndusInd Bank, ICICI Lombard, Reliance General Insurance and GATI Limited.
At Edelweiss, Bawa served as CHRO & Head – Strategic Hiring (Group). In his earlier stint with IndusInd Bank, Bawa had served as the SVP & HR Business Partner, Consumer Banking, and Vice President – Human Resources at ICICI Lombard.
Bawa was the Dy. Manager – Human Resources at Reliance General Insurance and Manager – HR at GATI Limited. He completed his BSc (Hons) from Delhi University.
