FMCG company JL Morison India Limited has announced the appointment of Ravi Vaishnav as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 17, 2021. Vaishnav succeeds Sonal Naik, who resigned from the role, effective September 16, 2021.
According to the Company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. 30 August, 2021, have appointed Mr. Ravi Vaishnav as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 17 September, 2021, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 6 of the Listing Regulations.”
Ravi Vaishnav is a B. Com, LLB and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has more than 8 years of experience in managing Company Secretarial and Corporate legal matters.
