Food service company Jubilant FoodWorks Limited announced the resignation of Ashish Goenka as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from December 15, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “In terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Mr. Ashish Goenka, President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company vide Resignation letter dated November 20, 2023. His last working day as the CFO and KMP of the Company would be December 15, 2023 (close of business hours). His Resignation letter is attached herewith.”
Goenka is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and MBA. He has vast experience in finance & strategy with FMCG & Telecom Industry.
