Kapture CX appoints Rahul Menon as Head of Customer Support

Kapture CX – a SaaS-based Customer Experience platform has announced the appointment of Rahul Menon as Head of Customer Support w.e.f 10th April 2023.

Rahul is a cross-functional leader with expertise in BPO Operations, SaaS Technical Support and Application Support. With more than 18 years of experience, he will be responsible for developing robust departmental systems, policies and procedures to sustain a greater degree of customer satisfaction. Considering the scenario of unique and complex customer requests, his appointment is crucial for Kapture CX in fostering highly engaged customer activities and facilitating organic growth, the statement said.

He is recognised for building and scaling Support teams in SaaS/Fintech Experienced in Operations, Customer Support – phone/email /chat, multilingual support, Platinum Support and SOPs/SLAs/KPIs.
