Karur Vysya Bank announced the appointment of Ramshankar R as Chief Financial Officer of the bank, effective February 11, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “In continuation to our letter dated 09.12.2021, we advise that, Shri Ramshankar R has taken charge as the Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank today ( i.e, February 10, 2022).”
Prior to this role, Ramshankar R was the Deputy General Manager – Finance & Control Department. He was handling the Financial reporting and timely conduct and completion of Statutory Audit, Dissemination of financial results to Top Management, Submission of statutory, regulatory statements to RBI and other agencies, Liaison with RBI inspection team for all Financial Data and Reporting, Liaison with Credit Rating Agencies for Bank’s external rating.
