KEC International Limited, a global infrastructure EPC major and an RPG Group Company, announced the re-appointment of Vimal Kejriwal as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, May 03, 2023, has approved extension of tenure of Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, (DIN: 00026981) as Managing Director & CEO upto March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.”
Vimal Kejriwal has been with the Company for more than two decades and has successfully led the Company towards profitable growth during his tenure. Under his leadership the overall performance of the Company has improved significantly.
Kejriwal has over 40 years of rich global experience in the areas of Power Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilisers and Investment Banking.
A Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a Company Secretary from ICSI, Kejriwal is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management, USA and NMIMS. He is also an Executive Council Member of IEEMA (Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers’ Association).
