Global IT firm Mindteck Limited announced the appointment of Keyuri Singh as an Additional Director to its Board of Directors, effective October 28, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “We hereby intimate that the Company has appointed Ms. Keyuri Singh as an Additional Director and is designated as a Non-Executive Director w.e.f. October 28, 2021.”
Keyuri Singh is a Chartered Accountant and has 4 decades of multidisciplinary experience and expertise in Human Resources, Management Consulting, Financial Accounting. She is currently an Independent Consultant located out of Mumbai, the statement said.
