Kotak Mahindra Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India has appointed Shweta Pathak as Vice President – Human Resources, according to the ETHRWorld report.
In her new role as VP of Human Resources, Pathak would be leading Campus and Talent Branding for the bank.
Prior to joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Pathak was Assistant Vice President – Change & Engagement at EdCast. Prior to this, Shweta had worked with Sun Pharma, IDFC Bank, Deutsche Bank, Marico and others.
Shweta Pathak is an Employer Branding, Strategic Recruitment Marketing and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Shweta holds vast experience on both corporate and consulting sides. She is an alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
