Kumaka Industries Limited announced it has appointed Nitil Kamble as an Additional Director of the company, effective from July 21, 2021.
According to the exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Nitil Kamble (DIN: 09225346) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) on the Board of the Company w.e.f 21st July, 2021, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting.”
Nitil Bhaskar Kamble, 58, has done Post Graduation Diploma in Management (Finance) to his credit having rich experience in Banking and Finance Sector with specialization in Management/ recovery of Distress assets (NPA), acquisition and sale of NPA. He possesses a diverse and wide ranging experience of about 29 years in the Corporate Affairs, the statement said.
