Kumar Das has resigned as the Chief Legal Officer of Vodafone Idea, according to ET report. Das has served the company for 19 years. Manish Sansi to succeed Kumar Das as the new Chief Legal Officer.
Prior to this role, Das served as general counsel for Vodafone’s Indian subsidiary for eight years.
Most recently, Manish Sansi served Tata Communications as General Counsel India, Company Secretary.
“Kumar will continue to be associated with the company for some time so as to ensure that there is a comprehensive transition of complex and historical legal engagements,” the report states.
As part of major changes, Vodafone Idea also appointed Jagbir Singh as new Chief Technology Officer.
