Lasa Supergenerics Limited announced the appointment of Ankita Shetty as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 15, 2021. She succeeds Nidhi Kulshreshtha, who resigned from the role w.e.f November 14, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 15, 2021 has appointed Ms. Ankita Shetty, Associate Member of ICSI as “The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer” who will also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. November 15, 2021 pursuant to the provisions of the Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.”
Ankita Shetty is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a degree in Law and B.com from University of Mumbai. She has rich experience in Corporate Laws and other allied matters. She was earlier associated with Raymond Limited and A.K. Capital Finance Limited, the statement said.
