Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has appointed Subhashree Pradeep as the Head of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), according to ETHRWorld report.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head – Talent Management & DE&I at Larsen & Toubro,” Subhashree shared in a LinkedIn post.
Subhashree comes with 20 years of experience in managing a full spectrum of human resources programmes, services and functions.
Prior to joining L&T, Subhashree was associated with Sodexo India as GM – HR and Head – DE&I. Previously, she worked at TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Star Health & Allied Insurance.
Subhashree holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, and Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College.
