LT Foods Limited, a global Indian Food brand, announced the appointment of Satish Chander Gupta as Additional Director on the company’s Board, with effect from June 16, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved, by passing the resolution through circulation, the appointment of Mr. Satish Chander Gupta (DIN: 00025780), as an Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Director to be effective from 16th June, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.”
Satish Chander Gupta, having experience of over 41 years in Banking Industry, is a retired Chairman and Managing Director from Punjab National Bank and had previously held positions of Chairman & Managing Director at Indian Overseas Bank, Chairman at ISMT Ltd. and Kamanwala Housing & Construction Ltd.
