According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, on recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held today, has approved appointment of Mrs. Angna Arora (ACS: 17742) as Company Secretary (designated as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) w.e.f. December 11, 2023.”
Angna Arora is a qualified Company Secretary with B.com (Hons) and is a LLB graduate from Delhi University. She has more than 19 years of experience in industries like Information Technology, Media and Entertainment in Secretarial and Compliance Function. She joined Company in 2011 and has been instrumental in getting the Company listed in 2016 besides leading various acquisitions, mergers, expansion through setting up/ restructuring entities and strengthening the corporate governance in the Company.
