Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Services Limited announced the appointment of Mallika Mittal as the Chief Risk Officer for a period of five years with effect from 9th November, 2021.
According to the Company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Risk Management Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company vide its Resolution passed by Circulation on 18th August, 2021, has approved the appointment of Ms. Mallika Mittal as the Chief Risk Officer of the Company for a tenure of 5 (five) years with effect from 9th November, 2021.”
Mallika Mittal is a senior risk management professional with 23 years of experience in design and implementation of risk assessment frameworks for Retail credit, SME credit, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk and Vendor Risk management. She has spearheaded pivotal roles as Head of Credit Policy or Credit risk for various Retail Asset products or as Head – Enterprise Risk/Head – Vendor Risk Management at India’s leading private sector Banks, the statement said.
Mittal holds a BSc degree in Mathematics, Economics and Statistics from the University of Rajasthan and an MBA in Finance from the J.N.V. University, Jodhpur.
