Mahindra Logistics CFO Yogesh Patel resigns

Mahindra Logistics Limited, one of India’s integrated logistics & mobility solutions providers, announced that Yogesh Patel has resigned from the role of Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from March 10, 2023.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “we hereby inform you that Mr. Yogesh Patel, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company to pursue his professional interests outside the Mahindra group.”

Yogesh has over 20 years of experience across the Finance function, which includes FP&A, Accounting & Controllership, Pricing & Commercial Structuring, Procurement, Contracting, Treasury & Fund Management, Auditing, and Statutory Compliances. A Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from Kolkata University, Yogesh was associated with HCG as CFO, E&Y – as a Director-Finance; Wipro as Vice President – Finance and with IBM as Country Finance Planning Manager, amongst others. Yogesh has joined Mahindra Logistics in August 2018.
