Mahindra Logistics Limited announced the appointment of Ruchie Khanna as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective February 1, 2022. She will succeed Brijbala Batwal, who will resign from the role with effect from 31 January 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board based on the recommendation of the NRC, at its meeting held on 27 October 2021, have approved the appointment of Ms. Ruchie Khanna (ACS No:24922) as the ‘Company Secretary and Compliance Officer’ of the Company with effect from 1 February 2022. She will also be a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.”
Ruchie Khanna, 34 years, a qualified Company Secretary by profession has been associated with the Company since 21 February 2018. In her experience of over 10 years, she has handled corporate secretarial compliance functions and restructurings under the Companies Act and the SEBI Regulations, the statement said.
Her previous stints include CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and Allcargo Logistics Limited. She also holds a post graduate degree in Law and a bachelors’ degree in commerce from Mumbai University.
