According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed today, approved the appointment of Mr. Prateek Dubey as President – Global Chief Human Resource Officer (being Senior Management Personnel) w.e.f. October 16, 2023.”
Prateek Dubey has more than 23 years of rich experience in Human Resource and worked in various organisations like Indorama Cement Limited, Jindal Saw Limited, Suzlon Energy Limited, Aqua Pharm Chemicals, Hindustan Coco Cola Beverages & IDFC Bank with a combined expertise across multi-cultural environment in Strategic HR Management with key focus on optimal utilization of resources, organization development & change management, according to the statement.
