Manoj Tulsian to quit JMC Projects (India) Limited

In a BSE filing, the company said, “We write to inform you that Mr. Manoj Tulsian, Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated December 30, 2019, to pursue an external professional opportunity.”

Manoj Tulsian is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost & Work Accountant. He has 20+ years of experience in the field of Finance, Taxation, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Merger & Acquisition, and Secretarial matters. He has served organizations such as VIP Industries Limited, Gabriel India Limited and Bansal Group.
