MARS Petcare has announced that it has appointed Yojana Gawade as Director – Personnel and Organisation for India. According to a statement, “Gawade brings over 14 years of experience spanning business partnering and center-of-excellence verticals in the people function. She has worked at global companies, last at Mondelez India Foods as the Capability Lead for Asia-Pacific and the Middle East where she was responsible for the design and deployment of leadership roadmaps across six business units and worked on embedding future-forward capabilities.”
The statement added, “Before that, Gawade served as the company’s Organisation Effectiveness Lead and anchored various culture and diversity programmes. She extensively partnered with integrated supply chain and sales functions for their transformation and change management agendas.”
