The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences has appointed Meenakshi Prabhakar as Director – Human Resources, according to ETHRWorld report.
Prabhakar comes with 31 years of experience of working in the hospitality industry across different facets of HR. She has planned, led, directed, developed and coordinated policies, activities and staff of the HR department to ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organisation’s mission and talent strategy.
Prior to joining Leela Ambience, Prabhakar was associated with Hyatt Regency as Director – HR. Previously, she worked at MBD Group, Pullman-Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Pullman Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon, Radisson, SITA World Tours, Grand Hyatt New Delhi and The Oberoi Group. She started her career at ITC Hotels as Senior Personnel Assistant in 1992.
Prabhakar holds a Master’s in Psychology from Rajasthan University.
