Milagrow appoints Amit Gupta as VP of Sales, Aloke Sanyal as Head of Customer Care Operations

Milagrow, a consumer robots brand in India, has announced the appointment of Amit Gupta as Vice President of Sales and Aloke Sanyal as Head of Customer Care Operations.

Both Gupta and Sanyal aim to contribute towards expanding the company’s offline channels pan India and ensure a world-class customer care experience respectively, according to a statement.

In his new role, Gupta will be responsible for expanding Milagrow’s outreach to the top 50 towns in India, which includes all metros, state capitals, and A category towns. He endeavours to open small robotic shops that will primarily be selling floor cleaning robots, followed by the pool and lawn cleaning robots.

Sanyal, a sales & service professional has been tasked with handling the customer desk, service repair-post sales, and service teams across Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, and Mumbai. He aims to professionalize customer care to world-class and world-scale delivery.
