Mohammed Turra steps down as SVP – Leasing Business of Mahindra Finance

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited, part of the Mahindra Group and one of India’s leading Non-Banking Finance Company, announces that Mohammed Turra is stepping down from the role of SVP – Leasing Business, with effect from March 31, 2024.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule 111, Part A, Para A (7) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Mohammed Turra, Senior Vice President — Leasing Business and Senior Management Personnel (“SMP”) of the Company as per Regulation 15(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations, will be stepping down from his position with effect from 31 March 2024 on account of his transition to a new role within the Mahindra Group.”
