Mudit Khosla (ex. CEO of SeventyMM) has been appointed as CEO of Tradus.com, an online market place. Last month Mudit had stepped down as CEO of SeventyMM after a 3 year stint. Over this period SeventyMM, had moved from its original business model of online movie rental to become one of the main stream ecommerce players.
Tradus.com, is a part of ibiboGroup which also owns and operates Goibibo.com (Online travel); Tradus.com (Online marketplace); PayU.in (Online payments) & Gaadi.com (Autos classifieds). Recently, the group bought a majority stake in TravelBoutiqueOnline (B2B online travel platform) in March 2012. ibiboGroup in India is a joint venture between Naspers, South Africa and China’s, leading internet company Tencent.
Prior to joining SeventyMM, Mudit has been a part of Yatra.com, and Times Internet Ltd., as a founding team member. He has an Engineering degree from Nagpur University and an MBA from University of Mumbai.
